Cyber Learning Centre Plus ("CLC Plus")

Civil Service College offers a broad range of e-learning resources through the web-based learning portal – CLC Plus. Bureaux / departments may also use the portal to disseminate department-specific training resources to their staff.

CLC Plus also offers its mobile application “CLC+ App” for civil servants to browse various learning resources and obtain information on training activities of the Civil Service College.
