Basic Information
- Civil Service Chinese Medicine Clinics (CSCMCs) assign “same-day” and “next working day” episodic disease appointments through telephone/ mobile application booking on each working day on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
- Only one appointment would be arranged via each telephone call.
- CSCMCs arrange follow-up appointment upon the recommendation of the attending Chinese Medicine (CM) practitioner within 30 days of consultation.
- Patients cannot choose a particular CM practitioner.
- A maximum of five doses of CM products is provided per general consultation treatment.
