Civil Service Training Advisory Board

A Civil Service Training Advisory Board comprising professionals and government officials was set up in November 2019 to give guidance on training for the civil service and the long-term development strategy of the Civil Service College. 

Terms of Reference

The Civil Service Training Advisory Board shall advise the Government on matters relating, but not confined, to the following key areas:

  • contents of training programmes for the civil service;
  • collaboration with local, Mainland and overseas institutions;
  • Mainland and overseas civil service exchange programmes; and
  • vision, mission, governance and other aspects of the College.
