Designated Vest for Quick Response Unit

To facilitate easy identification of the Quick Response Unit (QRU) during operation, all staff on QRU duties will put on the designated blue vests, with the Regional Emblem on the front and the words "Government Quick Response Unit" on the back.  Some departments may also add their departmental logo on the vest as appropriate.
