Promoting a Culture of Continuous Learning
The College adopts a blended training approach by actively integrating face-to-face and online training modes to provide more learning opportunities for civil servants and promote a culture of continuous learning in the civil service.
E-learning Resources
The College provides a wealth of e-learning resources through its e-learning portal, the Cyber Learning Centre Plus (CLC Plus), which contains web courses, video clips, articles, learning tips, book summaries and publications, guidelines and good practices, reference materials, etc.
CLC Plus also contains a number of theme-based portals, such as:

Financial Sponsorship
To enhance civil servants’ capacity in meeting new challenges at work, the College implements the Training Sponsorship Scheme which sponsors officers at MPS Point 49 or below to attend work-related courses in their own spare time.
