The Recruitment Centre, General Grades Office commissioned on 6 October 2023 provides a one-stop venue for the year-round recruitment of Assistant Clerical Officer, Clerical Assistant and Personal Secretary II. Candidates will be invited to attend the skills test, Basic Law and National Security Law Test and selection interview held in the Recruitment Centre. Career talks to the secondary school students will also be organised in the Recruitment Centre to introduce to them the structure of the Government and the civil service, the work and career prospect of the Clerical and Secretarial Grades, as well as the recruitment procedures, so as to assist students who wish to join the public service to plan their careers at an earlier stage.

Note 2: If applicants have not attained a pass result in the relevant Basic Law and National Security Law Test, they will be arranged to sit for the test before the commencement of the selection interview.
